I work for a dealer in GA and a lien was placed on a customers car in error showing 1st Franklin as lien holder. I called the corporate number to get the elt title released and the customer service rep was absolutely dismissive and rude and hung up on me. Working in customer service and not understanding what a customer needs and just repeating yourself is not good customer service, she hung up when I asked for a supervisor because she clearly didn't understand what I needed.

We have also spoken with our local loan office who informed you that we do not have any record of an ELT that matches the vin number you provided. The local office also tried to verify the social, which did not match any of our accounts. We apologize that we were not able to assist you.

I currently have a account with first Franklin almost done paying off "Thank you *****" I recently pull my credit report and notice I had several late payments from first Franklin. Make a long story short I refinanced my account with them lowering my payment to 125 instead of them informing me that I carried a balance they allowed me to pay 125 monthly faithful without informing me the balance was there instead put 30 days late every month for over 20 times. Today I went online to pay my balance in full. The system is set to force that one cent must be left in the account. I called the Savannah Hwy location and advised the rep that I was coming in to pay the penny and wanted the account closed. I was outside the store when she called and said, "we've taken care of it". Rhonda ****** at the Lake Charles location was great. She, along with Chris ******* the area supervisor, helped me get a modification for my existing loan because I was furloughed due to COVID-19. I ran into hard times just like everyone this year. Even was deathly sick with COVID-19! I understand all the phone calls I received from the company but coming to my home harassing me was uncalled for! Plus the man they sent to my home was not even an employee of theirs. How scary is that??
