I am no longer an employee there but I have a few things I need to say about management and how it works. So the branch manager approves who she wants to. Always been this way since I have been there and that was over 2 years ago. She approves loans based on the relationship she has with you not the credentials. We have a new underwriting guidelines and she makes it almost impossible to get a loan there if she doesnt want to make you a loan. Applied for a loan received loan. First payment was fine, second payment was returned, third payment returned. Called and after 45 minutes or so I was speaking to a human, she took two payments and set up auto pay. Online account closed and I could no longer see my account. No payments ever came out, hard to call when I don't have ***** minutes to wait for a human to answer. When they did answer no one that answered could never help, "my manager will have to call you back". Manager never called back, never received a voicema... read more

I have been a returning client of First Franklin for years. I have brought them business through me being a member. At the time *** gained loans, I was young and my loans were for college expenses mostly. I have managed to pay back any loans *** had except for this last loan I had. I fell on hard times and was unable to pay it back which resulted in them filing a judgement against me in civil court. First Franklin upgraded their systems back in November 2024, since then, I have not been able to access my acct online. When they do reset my password, there is NO payment / statement history, when asked if they would email my previous statements, I was told they couldn't email my statements to the email address on file, nor could they mail statements due to them not being correct. I went in and spoke to the branch manager who reviewed my online access and told me there was nothing she could do and gave me corporates number ... read more
