PSA If you get a check from Franklin Financial don't cash it please!!!! Worst mistake I ever made in my life. If u get behind some they wanna threaten to *** you!!!! Told them I would be in to pay Friday and still calling sending threatening letters!!! Franklin Financial is a bunch of shit!!!! Excuse my French but if the shoe fits.......

If I could give this company a zero in stars I would. I have been a long time customer and recently went thru some ******************** hardships due to job loss, health issues for myself and my family and the local office keeps giving me a hard time and making things even harder for me. I went as far as contacting the district manager and what she told me vs what she tells them is 2 totally different things. My sister was just getting ready to finance with this company. Was approved and ready to Go --- Thank God she came to be first , cause I check reviews. AND YOU CAN TELL THE CHARACTER OF THEY BUSINESS FROM THEY RESPONSES. I wouldn't recommend THIS place to a flea

I walked in hoping to do business with 1st Franklin Financial. I had no credit as I paid cash for all my needs until the passing of my daughter. Cash strapped and I needed glasses and new tires. Now I am able to meet those needs. Thank you ***********************!!! *************************************

They made me finance (with interest) full coverage insurance on a car I had financed through them. When I went in to sign papers, they gave me a check for $600. I asked why and was told "that's the way we have to do it". I was paying my own insurance at the time. FYI: another incidence with them I was called a thief. I am a crippled 66 year old treated as if I'm 6 years old. I truly *********** Franklin intimidate older, needy people into signing papers that will profit them greatly.

I have requested 2 times via Written request and 3 requests via the website and 2 verbal request for a statement that shows all payments made and have not received any response from the website , verbal, or written requests. The interest rate is over 29 % and I am wanting to refinance to get out from under this loan that I will never be able to pay off. I have been a customer here since 2018 and I wish I would have never even started a loan here. I will be honest in saying my account has been delinquent due to financial hardship because of medical issues these past 3 years. However, Ive done my best with communicating and keeping my account above water. Recently my account was blocked from doing online payments and so I have to send in money orders. I work for a dealer in GA and a lien was placed on a customers car in error showing 1st Franklin as lien holder. I called the corporate number to get the elt title released and the customer service rep was absolutely dismissive and rude and hung up on me. Working in customer service and not understanding what a customer needs and just repeating yourself is not good customer service, she hung up when I asked for a supervisor because she clearly didn't understand what I needed.

We have also spoken with our local loan office who informed you that we do not have any record of an ELT that matches the vin number you provided. The local office also tried to verify the social, which did not match any of our accounts. We apologize that we were not able to assist you.

This is not the company anyone wasn't to do business with,been a customer for years never been late on making payments and yet they refuse to let me renew my loan
