They are taking me to small claims court because of failure to pay. I never received a late notice in the mail, I never received a statement due, nothing from them. They just jump straight to court. They are not willing to work with people or give people a chance to make it right. 1st Franklin Financial Corporation for its grossly negligent business practices, aggressive and predatory lending strategies, and an egregious failure in verifying personal information before reaching out to the wrong person and accusing them of opening a line of credit.When I attempted to resolve the issue, their representatives refused to assist me remotely in verifying my identity. I am a month behind on a payment. They sent me a letter in the mail about a right to cure for personal property. We did not use any personal property as collateral. I am very ****** off and thinking about taking them to court.

There are usury practices being used in this business plus the loan has a very high interest rate there's something crooked about first Franklin. I'm just about ready to fight this in court

First Franklin Financial are just rip off Gangster Financiers and I truly regret doing business with them. Recently I paid My account off (7) seven months early and I am now due a refund for the interest for seven months.The local Manager ***** sent Me a small check amount not nearly what they owe Me in interest.Their is no transparency in their actions. They are so rude. They refuse to take my payment when a month behind and turned me over to small claims court. Refused money from me several times. This is the Alexander city Al branch. The region office in ************* was just as rude.

I paid off my balance and they charged my bank twice. After disputing with my bank and getting the second charge refunded to me, they are claiming my bank did a charge back. At the branch level they are incredibly rude, harass you, lie and steal your money.

1st Franklin reported me as paying late in July/2024. I was not late. The manager, **** acknowledged I was not late. He blamed their automated system. I called their corporate office and complained. No help. I was closing on my home when a pre-closing credit report revealed my scores went down (64) points. I requested a letter of explanation from **** and he said he would look into it.
