this is a preditory leaner who send unsolicited checks in the mail and if deposited, lockes you into a unwanted high interest rate loan with only arbitration as a way out. I was out of the country and I normally receive my pay checks via the mail, from assorted clients, my son who is 17 took the checks and deposited them into the account in my absence. The facts as described are not accurate. Ignoring the fact that 1st Franklin is not a predatory lender and has been in business since 1941, this individual can simply return the money if the check was cashed in error, and this matter will be resolved. However, this individual has not chosen to do that, but instead has filed this alleged complaint and has failed to cooperate with us regarding this matter.

First Franklin had me served with papers for under $400 after buying my loan from Insta-loan whom I had a wonderful relationship with. I received horrible customer service the entire 6 months and was inconvenienced by being forced into one option of pay.
