1st Alliance is an awesome lending company. They contacted me after 12 months of making on time payments. Offered refinancing at a lower rate. Saved me money on my monthly payments. Shenae dis a fantastic job of keeping me informed during the process. Excellent customer service all around. Thank you 1st Alliance!!

Had a great experience with everyone at 1st Alliance the 2 times I refinanced. When the first told me make 12 payments on time an we can look into lowering your rates. I was like ya they will forget. But on the 12th payment a staff member called an guess what lowered almost 1.75 % . Then guess what. They said make 12 more an we can try again. Since I started I am saving near 625.00 a month. Extremely disappointed with 1st Alliance. Have been working on our purchase for 8 weeks. Drew was who was helping us, told us he had no worries. Got all of our paperwork, ordered appraisal, etc. Even up until 3 weeks ago, said it would be approved but had to wait until it came out of underwriting. After that, I emailed and called several times looking for an update, finally called back. Last week all all of a sudden he said he didn't think it would happen. Love, love, love....how can you love your mortgage company but I somehow managed to do it. I went into the home buying process thinking that it was going to be difficult and hard to do and I might not even get one since the housing crash. But boy did "Joe" change my mind entirely. I would highly recommend 1st Alliance Lending. I had been denied financing by others and was told repeatedly to not give up in 30 more days my credit score would be high enough to get the loan. After 3 months of this same answer I saw a Lending Tree commercial and I made the call. I was contacted by Alyssa at 1st Alliance within a matter of minutes. I had a fantastic experience with first alliance lending . Shean was very professional knowledgeable and caring person . It took them five weeks to close my loan. Also because of my credit circumstances no other company could do it I was very happy with the service .I highly recommend this company 😀

If I could give 6 stars I would! I honestly can't believe how amazing Seth and Amy were. They were both super communicative and EXTREMELY on top of everything. I am a first time home buyer and I work in the industry, so I have heard every horror story out there. I fully expected bumps in the road and for it to be a stressful process, but it was the smoothest process from start to finish. At first I would give 1st Alliance a 5 star rating. However, now 6 months down the road I definitely won't! I had specifically asked a few times if I would be able to make biweekly payments as that is what would work best for me. I was told "yes you can definitely do that". All I had to do was call into customer service with each Payment. I did that no problem the first few months. One month I ended up just making my full payment at one shot.
