I was so glad when I was contacted by 1st Alliance. I was able to refinance the mortgage loan we had at a lower interest. The process was easy and did not take long. Where to start? I can not say enough about the entire staff from 1st Alliance. I already knew I had a very difficult loan. But Joe Dupont never gave up on my loan. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and Joe was by far one of the best I have ever worked with. Props to him! Everyone who answered the phone was so polite and helpful. The experience took longer than we expected but getting our interest rate & payment greatly reduced was worth the wait ... Staff friendly and knowledgable .
