Awful they do not do what they advertise. They don't keep their customers informed about their loans and they will not communicate with realtors. They won't try to solve issues or cooperate with anyone to get them resolved. Most realtors are not willing to use them or deal with anyone who does because of their attitude toward a mutually satisfactory solution.
