I wanna say that I have had very unsettling experience. I have read reviews and was confident that this was who I needed...Well after no help and no understanding and nights of tears after my experience I will say I am now scared about my future. I wish to remain anonymous as I do not want Alliance to try to contact me again as I'm sure they will try. their story is just a gimmick, I bet this review will never be posted going to show what kind of company they truly are

The agent started off nice and polite. When going over my credit report, things turned. He quickly became VERY RUDE AND JUDGMENTAL until he eventually hung up. He said that they worked with people who faced some credit score dilemmas with scores lower than mine, but was zero help to me with minimal effort.
I have been dealing with this for a long time now I was working with Aaron Haefele every day it was something different they needed this they needed that and kept getting them every thing that they ask for but yet I still haven't gotten a answer back from a underwriter I've been oh the underwriter is reviewing it and they will have a answer for me later on in the day but no one never calls back so I'll keep calling back or emailing and they will me oh the underwriter left so they didn't get to but they today oh or they will ... read more

Thank you Seth from 1st Alliance Lending, LLC. Seth was with me the whole process. At times I would get frustrated, but Seth always calmed me down. I am divorced and never thought that I would be able to purchase my first home. At the end I ran into a couple of problems and Seth told me that he would get me into that house. Awful they do not do what they advertise. They don't keep their customers informed about their loans and they will not communicate with realtors. They won't try to solve issues or cooperate with anyone to get them resolved. Most realtors are not willing to use them or deal with anyone who does because of their attitude toward a mutually satisfactory solution. If you try to call them they will not answer their phone and do not reply to emails. It is a nightmare to try to deal with them. I would not use them and advise anyone... read more
