Not very good! The communication between the lender and the buyer is not good. They told have extended the closing several times and still arent clear to close. It wouldnt be a big issue if they would have brought these issues to us up front

I was so glad when I was contacted by 1st Alliance. I was able to refinance the mortgage loan we had at a lower interest. The process was easy and did not take long. Where to start? I can not say enough about the entire staff from 1st Alliance. I already knew I had a very difficult loan. But Joe Dupont never gave up on my loan. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and Joe was by far one of the best I have ever worked with. Props to him! Everyone who answered the phone was so polite and helpful.
