Let me first start by saying this. In a God fearing man who believes in what goes around comes around. I had a credit score of 570 and contacted 1st Alliance cause they say they will help you if you have low scores. I was told that first my rate would be at 5 to 5.25% which was high but because of my own self my credit wasn't good. In three months of working with then they said my credit score went to a 613 but as my score went up so didn't my rate to 6%. Started working with Kevin on March 03, 2017. I sent him our information and we stated qualified for a fha loan. Well it's a little over a month later and I have not heard anything from Kevin. I have called and left several messages as well as emailed him. No response from Kevin. Very bad customer service. If he could not get an approval, he could of at least had the couresy to contact me back.

Horrible experience, The lender person I worked with was ok, he did what he could but relied on information from loan and managers who gave him totally inaccurate information. I provided all the information they requested only to be told the information received was not good enough and that management gave him incomplete and false information. I would recommend running from this company and find another lender.

Outstanding customer service and professionalism. All members of the 1st Alliance team are truly a pleasure to work with. They explained all steps in the process and were available to answer all questions promptly. They go out of their way to make everything as painless as possible, and consistently communicate with the customer. Truly a first class operation!

Not exactly smooth....but very effective! 5 STAR!!!! Thank you Erin and Nick! You worked very hard and made it happen! I AM NOW A HOME OWNER!!!! I had read another review that said they were like my hail Mary pass in the last few seconds of the game......went with it! Changed my life forever!
