This company had me go through the whole process, my file was getting sent to underwriting due to their employee who didn't review my documents now they can't process my loan. I lost out on money due this company, I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a loan!
This company said they would do our home loan so we sent them a sign copy of the contract,we were working with Joseph P******** after 2 weeks they sent me a Email saying Joseph was let go and they were no longer doing new home loans.Stay away from this company.

I worked with Sara and she was awesome. My situation was complicated so other lenders told me that I had to wait another year to get a loan, but 1st Alliance told me that they could do it...and they did! I was skeptical and worried the entire time, but Sara was always there to answer my questions and they worked hard for me. Now I am in my home and loving it. It was a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend them!
I have not applied for a loan with this company yet they keep hitting my credit score I have asked them to stop it continues WEEKLY if not daily
