Awful they do not do what they advertise. They don't keep their customers informed about their loans and they will not communicate with realtors. They won't try to solve issues or cooperate with anyone to get them resolved. Most realtors are not willing to use them or deal with anyone who does because of their attitude toward a mutually satisfactory solution. Sorry excuse for a lender have too many glitches in their system. Would not recommend them to anyone but would advise people to avoid them at all points in time
Working with Shean at 1st Alliance was a great experience. My situation was a huge challenge - large medical bills which resulted in late payments and judgments. Through Shean's Herculean efforts, I still was able to get a home loan at a competitive interest rate. I can't thank him enough!

I had a credit score of 570 and contacted 1st Alliance cause they say they will help you if you have low scores. I was told that first my rate would be at 5 to 5.25% which was high but because of my own self my credit wasn't good. In three months of working with then they said my credit score went to a 613 but as my score went up so didn't my rate to 6%. Started working with Kevin on March 03, 2017. I sent him our information and we stated qualified for a fha loan. Well it's a little over a month later and I have not heard anything from Kevin. I have called and left several messages as well as emailed him. No response from Kevin. Very bad customer service. If he could not get an approval, he could of at least had the couresy to contact me back.

Horrible experience, The lender person I worked with was ok, he did what he could but relied on information from loan and managers who gave him totally inaccurate information. I provided all the information they requested only to be told the information received was not good enough and that management gave him incomplete and false information. I would recommend running from this company and find another lender.
