My experience with 1st Alliance has been incredible! My expectations of what this process would be were simply blown out of the water by Sonya and every other 1st Alliance team member we interacted with! The best experience in my live was when they told me that i been approve. The answer was unexpected for me due to my creadit score. As well they was step by step with me and never said nothig bad, they always was telling me that they alwas use all recourse to try make it work. My creadit score was below 565 and i get the house. Thanks for everything and thanks to my agent Samuel Clynch.
I would give them zero stars if I could. If you are looking for a good, responsive lender this is not it. I am a real estate agent and the buyers (I represented the seller) got a pre qualification letter from 1st Alliance. Their loan officer Eric was totally unresponsive to our inquiries on progress and would never answer the phone. They were completely unfamiliar with the contract required documents in our state that a lender must provide. I wanna say that I have had very unsettling experience. I have read reviews and was confident that this was who I needed...Well after no help and no understanding and nights of tears after my experience I will say I am now scared about my future. I wish to remain anonymous as I do not want Alliance to try to contact me again as I'm sure they will try. their story is just a gimmick, I bet this review will never be posted going to show what kind of company they truly are

The agent started off nice and polite. When going over my credit report, things turned. He quickly became VERY RUDE AND JUDGMENTAL until he eventually hung up. He said that they worked with people who faced some credit score dilemmas with scores lower than mine, but was zero help to me with minimal effort.
I have been dealing with this for a long time now I was working with Aaron Haefele every day it was something different they needed this they needed that and kept getting them every thing that they ask for but yet I still haven't gotten a answer back from a underwriter I've been oh the underwriter is reviewing it and they will have a answer for me later on in the day but no one never calls back so I'll keep calling back or emailing and they will me oh the underwriter left so they didn't get to but they today oh or they will ... read more
