I recently had the pleasure of visiting Paula at her clinic and decided to sign up for the monthly membership for treatments. I was fortunate enough to experience her services firsthand at her London clinic, and I can honestly say the treatments are fantastic. Now that she's moved to Stevenage, I’m over the moon! I've been going for a few weeks, and I can already see a noticeable difference in my body and skin. Highly recommended for anyone looking for effective and professional treatments — Paula truly knows her stuff!

Absolutely appalling service. Paula’s very nasty and unprofessional.. would not recommend this clinic at all! Went in for a Botox and far from happy. Left with horrible results and tape on my face!!

Discourteous staff. Tattoo removal resulted in highly noticeable scarring. When brought to Paula’s attention I was patronised and told that she had noticed the scars prior procedure?! Ink not fully removed and I was told this was due to me having fair skin. Have since had other tattoos removed with no fuss! All positive reviews must have been written by friends or family. There are more professional laser clinics out there, especially in London!
