I went to a conference here. It was nice to be spread out across two floors. This allowed people to have space (in opposed to being crowded into one room), no disturbance from late comers, and also easy access for the ground floor room and lifts to others. The downside was that they didn't set up any interaction between rooms. So the main room had all the microphones and ground floor could only spectate. Great location.
I have used RSM on multiple occasions and they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Staff are polite, efficient and professional and events always go to plan. Would highly recommend their services. Food is also excellent.
