I called and scheduled with the company and my zip code was entered wrong so they canceled. However, I was not aware of the mistake and not given a call to inform me of the cancelation. I only found out after calling them after the window of arrival had passed. Since the company had my phone number and used it to send a booking confirmation, I’m unsure why they didn’t reach out to clarify the zip code or at least inform me of the cancellation. This lack of communication was frustrating and inconvenient.

This company offers great customer service and instant results. I needed a sectional couch removed that my HOA would not cover without an astronomical price to do so with their waste management partners. In addition, I would have had to wait over a week. However, Got Junk did it same day at cheap price. They even allowed negotiation with the price as well as additional clean up and added minor items at no charge. Got an estimate over the phone to remove and dispose of a few mattresses from our apartment. When the guys showed up the cost they gave us ended up being way more than what we were quoted. We told them we'd have to go in another direction but just as they were about to leave they contacted a manager who said the initial misquote was on them and to move everything for the price we were given over the phone. Larry and Blaze did a great job clearing out a resident unit for us recently. They arrived on time and finished the job in less than 30 minutes.
