Always excellent service from Kara and the guy in the service department! They are knowledgeable and usually are always right about what needs to be done to our bike and what can wait! LOVE LOVE LOVE this dealership!
Great people awesome dealer need I say more! As many places I been in in these past years, this place is in my top 5 choices to go to. Not only do you get asked if need help with finding anything the minute you walk in. Zylstra is about the customers. Helpful and friendly service all around weather you're looking for a bike, parts, Service or Merchandise.

Not happy!!!!! Drove over a hour to return a sweatshirt that I didn't like and they would NOT give us our money back even though we paid with cash!!!! I told them that we were not from the area and they absolutely refused to give us cash back and we paid with cash!!!!!! Thought customer came first and it was there job to make the customer happy. Got my 2014 sportster yesterday for a great price best bike I have owned
Stopped in to purchase tires and a windshield for my 2009 Road glide. Parts manager wasn't at his desk and the salesperson couldn't find him. My wife stayed at the parts desk while I went to talk to a salesperson about a new Roadglide. Eventually he came to the desk agitated and was rude and belligerent to my wife. Well guess what? You definitely lost a sale on tires and windshield and possibly a new Roadglide. I don't need that crap to spend money!
