I'd give them 0 stars if it were an option. The worst experience I've ever had purchasing a motorcycle. They have horrible customer service. They take no ownership in their mistakes. They're rude and condescending. They go back on their word. We had issues with our contract and then laughed at us when we confronted them about it. Yesterday i finally got my license plate from them, bought the bike in October, doesn't do me much good now. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Just bought my first Harley today. The staff there was the best I've ever met, from service, parts, clothing, and sales they are just fantastic. Thanks Zylstra for making my first Harley purchase wonderful.
