bike has been there 4 weeks.For 1 week it was going in that day or the next.Ten I was told after 3 weeks did not have appointment so it would be about 3 more days. Have never been contacted by shop always have to call myself to get status

Just bought my 1st Harley!!!!! The people ar Zylstra are the best. Very informative and friendly to your every question. I want thank them all from sales to service. I am looking forward to a long relationship with them!

I was extremely disappointed in Zylstra's service. It took them 5 weeks and two days to clean a gas line and change a relay on my bike and ended up with a $309 bill and no compensation for taking so long. Everytime I called to get an update on my bike they would say "it's going up today" which was simply a complete lie. I also made an appearance at the store because the service was taking so long and I had smartass looks as if I was wrong for questioning what was taking five weeks to fix a Harley. This is a revised review from March 28th. Although it has taken numerous phone calls Zylstra has made a bad experience a good one. We have been Zylstra customers for close to 9 years and are pleased that there are still employees there that value their word. We will continue to be loyal customers and will continue to recommend this dealership to others. Thanks for valuing your customers.

I had a great experience with Clint, Matt, and Jimmy. I had TONS of questions, went back and forth numerous times deciding EXACTLY what I wanted. They were extremely helpful, patient, and polite. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Well when they want to sell you a bike they will bend over backwards but after you buy it they treat you like shit and there service dept. sucks I wouldn't take my Bicycle there after I had my 1000 miles service there. I have emailed Jimmy and Matt asking for contact info to the owner but I am sure I will not get that. When I brought my bike I did get a free year of service but after my 1000 mile service my bike will never go back there.
