I really love and enjoy coming to Zoe, I have had multiple services off her and they have all been exceptional! She’s very friendly, professional and easy to get along with. I'm currently training for a half marathon plus I work a desk job during the day (a lethal combo). I see Zoe for monthly massages and posture checks. She's very knowledgeable and friendly, the studio is beautiful, plus there's always a debriefing at the end of your session regarding any tight muscles or areas you need to keep an eye on. Highly recommended!
In agony with acute tendonitis in shoulder, after the best massage ever and dry needling. Instant relief and so more movement. Can’t recommend highly enough, 5 stars not enough.
