Zoominfo business practices are the worst I ever experienced. I send a cancellation notification 4 days late of their 60 day notification and they are unwilling to settle or entertain any other solution than another 12month subscription. They basically told me either pay up or go into collection. Horrible customer service, please stay as far away from this company as you possibly can.
I just discovered my business is listed on their website without my knowledge. None of the employee names are any of my employees. Even my business info and sales revenue is over exagerated. The only thing not made up is our address and phone number, which is publicly listed in ******* What is going on here? Where did this information come from? Zoominfo has been selling my personal data to software sales companies. As a result, I as a single female living alone deal with multiple calls a day from very aggressive sales men hounding me to buy software that I would have no reason to purchase personally or professionally. My experience with ZoomInfo Technologies has been highly disappointing. Our initial excitement upon entering into an agreement quickly turned into frustration when we realized the software did not meet the promised standards. Pathetic customer service, do not purchase! Contacts are missing information or have outdated phone numbers, email or the contacts have left the company. After using Zoominfo less and less for the first 9 months, they refuse to accept that we didn't want to renew and keep sending renewal invoices. They hide behind an auto-renewal clause requiring 60 day notice of cancellation and disregard any effort to communicate dissatisfaction.Wish I had reviewed the BBB site before purchasing the first year.
I purchased ZoomInfo and our company used them for 1 year at the end of that year I told them I would not be renewing. I have officially cancelled my company's subscription to ZoomInfo 5 or 6 times through email. I have done this with the account rep, the customer service representative and the ** department. This website look like a website where scammer can easily make up any profile and they would not even check to make sure if the information that was inputted by anyone is accurate. Auto Renewal Policy Entrapment Zoominfo has a 60-day auto-renewal policy in force, and they are not abiding by Washington Title *** 19.158.120.Although Zoominfo will not send a reminder, they will email you a invoice almost every week after the 60 day prior to contract end date, to let you know your price has increased and you have been stuck in another 12-month contract. Terrible experience! Horrible client service, overpriced, and poor business practices. We had a major business crisis and needed to stop service. We gave them 45 day notice before renewal, stopped using the platform, and tried to settle with them but they insisted on payment for 12 FUTURE months that we couldn't use. They wouldn't compromise in any way and sent us to collections after being very threatening and rude. Avoid at all costs!
