Just got off the presentation that was so insincere and bullish I thought I was speaking to *****. I am not sure who can buy from them with such an arrogant attitude. The sales rep continuously repeated how everything we are doing is stupid and broken, and if i just paid 25K a year for my 1000 leads I will be "smart" again. Wow. We didn't get to be a multi million dollar company by being complete failures.. (I know, not a billion).

DiscoverOrg is in direct violation with California State Auto Renew Law. The Automatic Renewal Law (ARL), Code § 17600 is very clear about my options to cancel my service and DiscoverOrg is holding me hostage by making it impossible to cancel the way we need to. They are attempting to collect the funds, but will not be done, as we are in the right here. Do NOT go with DiscoverOrg, G2 and Capterra recommend many other lead generation platforms with qualified reviews.

Discover.org distributed my business contact information in their lists of prospects for sales people, and they got everything wrong. They listed me as the Director of IT for **** *******in Massachusetts. I do not work in Information Technology, and I live and work in Pittsburgh, PA. For months I have been inundated with offers related to Information Technology services, and I've been receiving 30 or more Emails every day inviting me to seminars in Boston, sales demos, and requests for cold call sales meetings from IT sales ... read more

We purchased a RainKing subscription. RainKing was subsequently acquired by DiscoverOrg. We integrated the information service with our SFDC CRM, and it performed flawlessly. We were happy with the quantity and quality of information. When the renewal was due, we looked at alternatives due to the high cost of renewing with DiscoverOrg, and we selected another vendor. We were shocked to learn that the EULA we signed and agreed to as interpreted by DiscoverOrg requires that we remove all contact data from our SFDC that was loa... read more

They conned me into signing a contract. It was not what i agreed to purchase over the phone. Be careful do not sign a contract until you know what you are buying. I was told I would have access to several hundred thousands of email address's from different companies. The email address of the IT director was all I wanted and they knew that. In reality once the contract was signed and I was able to look in the actual database were companies with 20 to 50+ contacts per the same company which was ridiculous. If they had told me ... read more
