Zoominfo published my information without my authorization. I had to "claim" and remove my own information. How anyone would not feel abused by "big brother" after seeing that is beyond me. Individuals should have the option to "Opt in" or "sign up" if they are interested in connecting with others B2B. This company was chasing me for years. But their packages were far too high and my boss kept saying no. Finally, the sales rep calls me and says we have a package designed just for you. He was super pushy and said I get everything you get in the big package but for a small business. After I signed I never heard from him again. This company to complete advantage of me and the reason I say this is because when I first spoke to a rep he kept saying I must have seen the 2-month promo which I had not seen. So I usually do not do this, but I recently had a terrible experience with a company. I would just like to warn anyone out there that is about to use them. If you are looking ZoomInfo please be cautious. The product is okay, but the service is horrible. I have not heard from them in a year and they are trying to auto renew the contract. Please be aware. ZoomInfo trying to sneak in auto renew with horrible service. ZoomInfo Please share this so other people do not get tricked by them.
ALERT. Please do not do any business with the company. I am not happy the way the company makes the contract with fine lines. They are threatening and harassing clients under the fine line in the contract for Automatic Renewal. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO ANY BUSINESS with company. Never get trapped with the company. First aggressive salesmanship by their sales repo, but little you will realize that getting trapped into their net. Their database is inaccurate and aged. We were sold to try this but people had left org way back and it was showing as working. Some were having correct contact details but the wrong people for those roles. Never do business with this company. They are misleading and majority of the info is far from accurate. I paid for the first month and we did the tutorial...the person doing the tutorial said it wasnt a good fit for us because of the size and types of companies we were targeting. Do NOT Do Business with ZoomInfo. I already wasted lot of my time with ZoomInfo "Free Trial Bait" so I decided to spend more time writing a review to warn others of ZoomInfo scam here and other review sites. I also ran across a Zoominfo offer of a "FREE trial", I was contacted by phone and email to set up a demo, I never got the free trial access and I feel like I wasted my time with the phone call and a demo BS. I am never had such a bad experience with a business vendor in my 40+ years of being a business owner. The sales reps of DiscoveryOrg.com now Zoominfo make promises with the clear intention of knowing they can not deliver. We asked the sales rep for a 90 day guarantee and he made it by telephone call, only to discover the very short agreement said we were making a one year commitment for services which we clearly did not.
