ZoomInfo/DiscoverOrg is an unethical business that harvests your email address without your permission and lets the email address be used to spam you.

Second time around with these scumbags. Requested my information be removed months ago, which they did, but now its back. Got a ton of spam this week and one finally gave up the goods on where he buys his lists. Can't believe this company is allowed to exist.

I signed up and paid for 3 months upfront. During those 3 months I had questions but was not able to find help. No one was there to answer or address my questions regarding to techinical/user issues, they directed me to webinars. I called but their phone number will get you nowhere. No real person answers phone calls, at least not when I called them. Also, I paid for **** contacts pull a month but was able to get **** contacts. Why did I have an agreement for **** contacts a month and was only given HALF of what I PAID FOR? ... read more

Pushy salespeople with an inferior product in the market. They make claims of high-quality data, but a lot of it is inaccurate or missing key contact information like email addresses. To be clear, I said email addresses were key during the sales process and they assured me that most of their contacts had email addresses. Additionally, when I stated I was not satisfied they had nothing to offer me to help except to limit my search to only contacts who had email addresses, but that cut my list down by 60%! Never sign a contrac... read more

Very irritated with customer service. Skip using this service, your research dollars can be far more effectively spent. Database is inaccurate and what they represent as proprietary research is mostly guessed by making assumptions about email naming conventions. You will do much better to save your money, make a smaller investment with a competitor. AND, you will miss the lovely benefit of an auto-renewal provision in the contract that they count on to hook you for additional subscription fees.

They took my email and published personal information about myself and where I work without my consent. I was only made aware when cleaning out my junk folder in my work email and I saw an email from them notifying me of this published profile. This is so unacceptable and I don't even know why this is allowed, I have never even used or signed into/created an account with Zoominfo. Beware and make sure you don't have a profile "created" for you. This personally put me at risk because I have had stalkers in the past. Very unac... read more

Do not reply to or click the links in emails from ZoomInfo about "Notice of Personal Information Processing", etc.. These are actually phishing emails that just confirm there is a real person at your email address. Clicking the link to "Opt Out" will do exactly the opposite as soon as you click it, even if you do not fill out anything on the resulting page. We know this because we had placed a few fake (but working) email addresses on our websites as spam traps. The addresses were never used anywhere else. At some point Zoom... read more

Souless monsters. Have fake claims that they would offer me 3k worth of contacts to help grow my business. When I told them about it they claimed am the one who do not know how to use it but the contact were real. Just a bunch of BS. Nothing was real. Contacts were not shipping companies but rather banks and real estate companies also listed in the shipping categories. And pushy too forcing and bullying people to pay for fake information!!!!!
