Josh was brilliant throughout the letting process—patient, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced in the lettings business. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and the property was let quickly to great tenants. Zoom is highly recommend!

We used zoom after going off a recommendation from and friend and having spoken with other estate agents Stuart felt like an honest straight talking person as opposed to other estate agents who were trying to sell us a potentially unattainable price on a property which their high commission of 4-5%. However Stuart offers a flat rate of less than £900 which in a world of rising costs being extortionate that is unheard of.
