I ordered shutyerd on 13th November 2023. As of the 20th June 2024 still no fitting date. When I.call the company its every excuse and they don't seem to care I paid £1170 deposit and still.getting no answers
Placed an order of £1000 on 27th March for roman blinds. On 12th June still no blinds fitted. 3 failed fitting appointments with being let done on the day and I have been given every excuse under the sun. Staff in hospital, the material wouldn't bond so supposedly now being made in Dubai but can't show proof and can't provide an update on the order. Offered £300 refund or to cancel the order. 11weeks this company have had my money and nothing to show for it. Have been told someone will be fitting 2 out of the 6 blinds today ... read more
