Didn’t use this company, but from their doorstep manner alone I would say to avoid at all costs. They knocked at my elderly father’s door and thankfully he had the foresight to say that his children take care of his affairs. I had the (mis)fortune to be at my father’s house when the rep came knocking two days later. I told him we weren’t interested (as we’d actually booked a boiler replacement from a national reputable company), only for the company rep’s manner to completely change, becoming quite intimidating and rude. Please do not use this company. They left my poor 81 year mother in a terrible situation. Since April 2024 she has had terrible flooding after they botched the installation of a new boiler. This has left her extremely ill. They will be hearing from us and our solicitors very shortly. They will also be reported to Trading Standards. Avoid. Also - be very wary of their 5 star reviews, I very much doubt that they are genuine.
