complete nightmare from the start, 2 years and still waiting for solar heat ( been with out heating in house for over 3 years now). Installed ventilation ,terrible inadiquate for size of rooms kitchen now fills up with that much steam when cooking it drips down walls. wall insulation horrible job unfinished , got string hanging out of walls and missed peices , window sills they fitted blown off in wind , got a pile building up of peices what just dropped off . contacted company countless times to ask for just someone to come... read more

Had two teams to do fitting kitchen and bathroom vent and cavity wall insulation. Had survey done but nobody seemed to have access to same. The cavity wall insulators did and excellent job and were fi ished within hour. I just need to repaint extension. Another team arrived at 9am and said they would change the kitchen ventilator and fit wi ndow vents in one window only . They destroyed the electric socket cover in kitchen when providing cabling from extractor and only replaced same when I made song and dance. They were at m... read more
