I am a qualified personal trainer and can vouch that Zizzi’s knowledge of anatomy is amazing. I have been having some troublesome back and shoulder issues despite many visits to an osteopath. I cancelled my next appointment with the osteopath as not only do I get twice as long with Zizzi for the same price but the benefits are much longer lasting too. Highly recommended

Zizzi is amazing. Very professional and lovely person. Does wonders for My back and shoulders and she's always up for a good chat. Beautiful setting at her home and I would highly recommend!!
Zizzi is just incredible, I’ve been unfortunate to have constant back pain for years, I tried everything to ease the pain but nothing worked After two sessions with Zizzi my back pain has disappeared and I feel like I’m 20 again.
