I'M LOOKING FOR BRETT PACKER TOO!!!!! – I am SO, SO, SO bummed to call Zivas and find out that Brett Packer is no longer working there. He has been doing my hair for seven years, and i have been following him from salon to salon. Where is he??? I saw someone else had posted the same question in February. Did that person find him? WOW! what a facial! – I usually treat myself to facials at least once a month. I hadn't found a place I liked until I came to Ziva. They have 2 estheticians and both are equally amazing. My skin has never looked or felt better. I highly recommend treating yourself to one of their facials.
I recently moved to Portland from San Diego and have been looking for a new hair salon. I walked into Ziva thinking it was just a retail store, since the salon has EVERYTHING you could ever want! I asked someone to help me find a curling iron that would work for a style I wanted. To my surprise the girl I asked was a stylist. Instead of just showing me where they were she asked me if I had time for her to actually show me. So she took me back and showed me everything I needed to use to achieve the look I was wanting. Brett Packer, where are you? Where did Brett Packer go after leaving Ziva? – Does ANYBODY know which salon Brett Packer went to after recently leaving Ziva? They (Ziva) won't tell (obviously) because Brett has a VERY loyal following, which includes my wife. Please, PLEASE, if you know where Brett is working now, PLEASE post that info here on Citysearch under the Ziva listing so that we can find him. Thanks!

Bad cuts and relentless pressure to buy products – I had two bad experiences at Ziva. I should have know better than to go the second time but I needed to get my hair done quickly and didn't have time to find another salon. Crystal cut and colored my hair both times. The color was overprocessed (I wondered if she forget about me) and the cuts seemed quick and careless. Crystal is a very nice girl but the quality of the service just wasn't worth the price. Kristen Lee: the wonder stylist! – Kristen Lee is an accomplished stylist who listens to what you want. She's relaxed, creative, and complimentary. I've never been unhappy with my hair - she's the mastermind behind Ziva salon!!!
Kristen Lee is my FAVORITE!! – I am a devoted fan of Kristen Lee. I never really know what I want to have done to my hair, but she ALWAYS does something fabulous! The whole experience is always fun and personable and I leave the salon with a new, sassy, spring in my step. Thank you Kristen Lee!!
Miranda is Great! – I am so happy I found Miranda at Ziva Salon! I moved here from San Francisco about 1.5 years ago and tried a few different stylists at a few different places before finding Miranda. She really has the talent to see what kinds of cuts and styles will look good on you, but also to listen to what you want/need. That is important for me as I want a style that is in fashion, but also one that works with my hair and face and lifestyle. Paulino is great!! – I moved up from San Francisco a few years ago. The thought of finding a great salon that I could trust with my hair was daunting.
