I am utterly disappointed and infuriated that my application has been rejected without any valid reason. I have scrupulously maintained all my license points, without any traffic breaches, and have accumulated 7 years of No Claims Discount (NCD). Furthermore, why are you refusing to refund my money when you have not provided me with the service that I paid for? This is completely unacceptable.
The charged me and did not accept my application. So unfair.
