Very disappointed with zip car. We've used it a couple of times and both times we had issue with it. First time we booked a car that wasn't where it was supposed to be. After we called them they said the previous person still had it and they won't be back for another 4 hours. They offered us another car which was close by but it was a manual van. Initially we accepted but later canceled since we didn't feel comfortable driving it. Now, we have recieved a violation parking fee for said van that we didn't even drive or move on... read more
