I've not been able to book a car since Addiscombe's Zipcars have become 'flex' Zipcars. I liked Zipcar when I initially sold my private car in 2023. I've relied on walking and public transport for most of my adult life but after 2020 my car was used less and less and though it didn't incur road tax, I still had to have insurance and get an MOT every year.
