Dr Jing is always my first port of call when I have any ‘niggles’ with multiple sclerosis symptoms. After thankfully being a patient for over 18 years Dr Jing not only keeps me walking and mobile, she helps me where other treatments and therapies fail within the central nervous system. Absolutely amazing service 10/10 I came to the clinic with vertigo symptoms and what I thought was panic attacks. The gentleman who seen to me went through all my symptoms and got straight to the cause of the problem that no western doctor had been able to address. I have nerve damage in my neck and swelling and all of this was explained in great detail to me. I was given great advice on management and I received acupuncture treatment that was amazing. Looked on reviews all positive. But my husband experince was very bad. My husbad had very bad back pain. Firts visit with woman was not bad as Leo was not in clinic. Next visit was Leo and after his treatment each day was worth and worth . Called to clinic only what we can hear it will be better it will be better. On 3 treatment my son was supported him to go to clinic and was told different opinions about back pain , but still done treatment after which my husband can't walk at all he not remember how he was driven home. Absolutely fantastic I would recommend them to anyone can't thank them enough after going through knee pain for a substantial amount of time I eventually had acupuncture the results was amazing thankyou
It's ashame. I missed one appointment and since then I've been ignores, texts and phone calls cut off. It annoys me because acupressure and acupuncture actually works but the customer service is shocking. Don't miss an appointment and you'll get a great service, miss ome appointment and they turn their backs on you and ignore you. Fairly annoying when I have sent at least 3 new customers to this place.
