Used these guys only two weeks ago. Called and they attended within 2 hours to attend to my squirrel problem. John was my technician who was polite courteous and professional. He made quick assessments and attended to the matter in hand. He also discovered some other visitors and swiftly made plans to remove these too. Very professional service, recently used at short notice to investigate and remedy a potential rodent problem at a rental property. Paul quickly returned my initial call so worth waiting if call not picked up straight away. Then all communication was clear and fast. Very competitive rate and professional explanation of their suggested solution and findings.
Paul and John at Zest Pest Control were so helpful! I had enquired for squirrel removal from my loft. They got back in touch very quickly with a very reasonable price . But life got in the way, so I didn’t get back in touch with them for several months. They were very understanding and proceeded with the same price regardless. I was quoted for 3 visits: initial trap placement, and two recovery visits. But after the second recovery there was still a high number of squirrels in the traps. Paul and John are both very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. When the temperatures dropped, we heard rats in our attic and Zest Pest Control came out and within two visits, the activity had stopped. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
Great work and great guys at Zest Pest Control. They keep you well informed of any findings with their work, give informative feedback, and they give good advice on how to rectify any issues found. A pleasure to have them service our facility.
