I've done a few focus groups and they've all been great. Quite fun experiences, all of them with lovely people handling questions and I've been payed very fast every time. Payment was made on the day, either via bank transfer or in cash. Would recommend if you like chatting!
Says they going to pay you in 5-7 working days.. nearly takes them a whole month to pay you.. when trying to ring them.. they dont answer the phone. And give out false promises... emailed them too and no response.. really bad service.. not happy! I even sent a referral.. and i still haven't been paid for the study..
Very friendly and responsive staff as well as fast incentive payout. One recommendation for the future is to not continue to send surveys to people that have already been rejected from them or are not eligible for them (in my case, nicotine, as I am not a smoker).
