Well what can I say we use zest 6 time a year for years. Never had a problem but this time horrendous customer service refused to call us back after repeated messages for the cheat advising they will call. Once they got you money they don't want to know shocking DO NOT USE.
Very efficient service that you can also talk to on phone if needed.
Zest is the best , used many times ,won't now go anywhere else.
Don't go anywhere else to hire a car! Found them through Which? They have an excellent easy to use website, great customer service (real, helpful people not AI), great rental prices and inclusive excess protection insurance that keeps the cost down.
Received a superb deal for our 10 day trip from Zest. Collection instructions were clear and concise. The Drive 4 Fun rep was efficient and polite. Collection and return were seamless.
