I thought the detergent free technology was pretty amazing! Technician Evan was extremely transparent and displayed lots of carpet knowledge. When the service was complete his departing statements were very pleasant and sincere. As first time customers, we are very pleased with Technician Evan and equally happy with CSR Cynthia.
