Technician was right on time and was very friendly and professional. I had a bedroom carpet that had pet urine stains that needed to be treated. He explained what had to be done to get a satisfactory result and I was very pleased with the explanation and result. I also had an area rug and an upholstered recliner chair cleaned and loved the results of their cleaning.
