The carpet cleaner was very professional and discussed the process in detail. He explained standard cleaning versus pep urine cleaning and recommend best approach. He was extremely polite and did wear face mask during this time of COVID 19 I will recommend others to your company and call you again in the future the prices were reasonable as well. Our technician, Paul, was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and did an amazing job! Our carpets and tile look so clean and great! The staff was great and super friendly, from the scheduling to our technician and the process was seamless from beginning to end. We would 100% recommend ZeroRez to anyone!
