I would highly recommend Zerorez. They were on time, called ahead to let me know they were on their way. The technician was very polite and explained everything he was going to do. Love love love Zerorez. We’re a repeat customer from Vegas and now here in AZ. Fast efficient, our tech was super friendly and thorough. Answered all my questions and made sure we were happy with the results before adding the protectant. The product has no snell , no residue doesn’t dry crunchy. And it’s great for my allergies. I had Shawn W to our house yesterday and my carpets look horrible. They look like zebra stripes and you can see a solid line where he overlapped sections because those spots are nice and clean. I wish I could post pictures. I need a lead technician to come back. I look forward to a call back. UPDATE: Thank you for having Paul come out. He corrected the issue and did an amazing job! We are going to request him only for all future cleanings.
