Very professional technician. 1st time using zerorez. Carpets look very good. Appreciate him not trying to up sell lots of extras.
Terry was very courteous and professional and did a fantastic job! I understood some stains may not come out and even though my dog had an accident, he went over the spot a couple of times and got the stain out! The carpet doesn’t have that crunchy feeling, I like that!
Trayvon and Tate were amazing and seriously check out the incredible difference! Having three little boys is no joke but Zerorez and specifically these two gentlemen rocked the service!
