RecommendedGreat job!!! And they actually arrived early...
Overall I am satisfied. A couple of my friends use them so I gave them a try. They did a good job! I had all my flooring, carpets, bathroom tile, and showers cleaned. I had hoped a couple spots would look better. The cost for my entire house was reasonably. My tech was very nice, respectful, and professional. I would use them again.
The worst experience I have ever had with any carpet cleaning company the person that came to do the work wanted to charge me but did not want to do the work was charges more than I’ve ever been charged was promised I would have a follow up never did hear from a member of management was told the tech should have had Styrofoam to put under my furniture so that I could move my stuff and have it cleaned underneath. I have used Zerorez in the past, and they always do a great job. The technicians are timely and professional. I love their cleaning products because they don’t leave an irritating odor or a crunchy/stiff feeling to carpets or upholstery, and my furniture and carpets have always come out great! They were also less expensive than several other companies we called for a quote. I would definitely recommend using Zerorez!
Trey was at the house at the time promised and did a fantastic job cleaning carpets and tile/grout. At my request he paid particular attention to certain areas that needed extra cleaning. The place looks great! Thanks Zerorez
