My experience with Zerorez Phoenix was terrible. They misquoted over the phone and eould not make up for the mistake. Terrible company, terrible customer service and over priced. I feel for your employees who go into these traps when entering a house to clean. You misquote on purpse snd up prices when pisdible. Shame on you!

Beni, we genuinely work to be upfront with regards to pricing and any situations that can affect price such as our room-size thresholds, the possibility for additional treatments for urine, etc. We would never knowingly underquote or misrepresent costs to 'trap' a customer into a higher rate when we got out to the home.
