Easy to use website, set up date and time, received confirmation texts and calls. Cleaning technician was great, explained everything and pointed out many things I did not see and he was able to get them cleaned. Great experience and great price

The Technican was early for the job. He was very friendly and efficient. He moved our chairs and love seat even though we were told they did not move furniture. He did a very good job. We still have an old pet stain but we were told it may not come out. We are pleased with the process and efficiency of the tech.

I hate to be a “downer” but I was not impressed with the Carpet Cleaning. The serviceman was nice and courteous but I felt like he rushed through the job. I had 3 rooms and a closet done and it only took 45 minutes from the time he arrived. They advertise “no crunchy carpets”, but mine felt crunchy after they dried. Also I noticed a few spots after the carpet dried, (took about 8 hrs). I also ask him about treating dog urine spots and he said if I had cleaned them up when they happened, then I shouldn’t have a problem. He di... read more
