I was thankful that ZeroRez was able to make an appointment with me on short notice. This is the first time I have used them. Michael was very nice and friendly. He arrived on time and did a good job. These carpets are old so once they dry I will find out if there are any spots that we just couldn’t get clean because of the carpet’s age.
