They arrived on time. Within less than an hour my carpets were clean. I had a serious stain that they were able to get out quickly and the service was excellent.
Jamie Hawkins, our technician, delivered excellent service! He was on time, polite and was very customer service oriented. He answered all of our questions that we had about the process. With no pets and no small children, our carpet was still in desperate need of cleaning from normal wear and tear. We have not had our carpet cleaned in more years than I care to admit.
