Technician Kwame was excellent. Arrived a little early and totally explained the process and what to expect. Was fast and professional. Explained the additional services he recommended which will prolong life of carpet and avoid recurring pet odor - we opted to have them done. We are very happy with the results- carpets look new again. Will definitely use Zerorez again for any carpet furniture cleaning.
