I was a little frustrated at first BUT I’ll give a 5 because the actual cleaning made up for it. I was frustrated because they had first scheduled the time to be 12-3 then called me and left me a message saying it’ll be 8-10 instead. I called back to confirm I was fine with this time. I work from home and was waiting for someone to come. At 9:30 I called and they told me they didn’t get my confirmation so they will be doing 12-3 instead? Zerorez cleaned our carpet today and I was impressed with them calling to tell me they were on the way, rep very friendly and well trained and out in less than an hour. My carpet felt soft and clean, unlike the last time when SS cleaned. Carpet was stiff and cloudy . A +

I had such an amazing experience with Zerorez today. I was so excited to have met Ray because I had just heard about the wonderful job he does from Melissa Wade on 103.9 The Light. Ray not only did an awesome job on my carpets, but he had a spirit like not many people have today. After being in my home for an hour I looked around and couldn't believe the difference.
