I cannot give this service enough stars. All our carpet is in high traffic areas. We have fostered dogs that are not great at knowing where to use the bathroom, had a senior doggo and very young puppies destroy our carpets, and [a likely vindictive] cat turn our basement into a giant litter box (cat pee is rank, you guys). Had 3 bedrooms cleaned today by Zerorez. The technician did an amazing job. He was able to remove stains that we thought were permanent. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends.
Our tile floors have seen a great deal of traffic in the past eight plus years that we have lived in this house. The grout was extremely dirty, despite our best efforts to clean. Zerorez professionally cleaned the tiles and grout to prepare the house for marketing.
He showed up early - which was great - was very professional and thorough!! A couple of my rugs look new!! My carpet is saved from our rescue puppy we call Muddy Buddy. Thanks so much!!

They came last week for some very minor stain removal, and the carpet looks *exactly the same* as before I paid them $150+ (since they recommended several “upgrades”) for their service. Contacted them via email with my dissatisfaction and still haven’t heard back. The technician was very friendly. That’s about the only kind thing I can say.
