We are very impressed! They made our nearly 10 year old carpet look brand new! All stains are lifted and there is no odor. We have kids and pets so the carpets were in bad shape! Highly recommend!

Mike was running ahead of schedule when he called so he was actually in and out earlier than I had expected. He was very polite and professional and explained the process thoroughly before beginning. The carpets look great! And, after Mike showed me on the arm of our sectional that it was in need of cleaning, he was able to take care of that, too, which was not a part of the original appointment. Just had our upstairs carpets cleaned and it looks amazing! He did a fantastic job! Definitely recommend.
We just had our entire upstairs cleaned and Scotchguarded and Miguel was our carpet cleaner! All i can say is he did an amazing job! So respectful and what a hard worker! He made our carpets look like new, and that is after 3 teenage boys living up there! I would highly recommend this company and especially Miguel to anyone! Its hard to high quality customer service now a-days but this company has it down pat! Thank you Zerorez! And give Meguel a raise! ���
